Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

For links: You can archive old links to free up slots. For clicks: You get a small grace period, then your links will show an upgrade message instead of redirecting until next month or you upgrade.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice for Enterprise customers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

When will Business tier features be available?

Campaign Management, Funnel Analysis, and A/B Testing features are scheduled for Q1 2026. Lock in the launch price now before it increases when these premium features launch!
